We begin by completing your loan application, collecting all required documentation, and submitting your file through underwriting for a full pre-approval review. This gives sellers greater confidence that your financing is solid and dependable.
When you find the right home, we recommend a “Pre-Game Huddle” with you and your Realtor to review and fine-tune your financing and offer strategy before submitting.
From there, I update your personalized “Offer Dashboard,” which includes:
Your customized pre-approval letter
Offer strategy details
A personalized video update for the Listing Agent
I email and text the Offer Dashboard directly to the Listing Agent to reinforce that:
You’ve completed your due diligence
Your financing has been fully approved
Your transaction is positioned to close smoothly and on time
It also communicates something important to the seller and listing agent: you’re working with an experienced local lender who has already done the heavy lifting upfront; not an out-of-state online lender trying to figure things out mid-transaction.

As you begin looking at homes, we can easily update home prices, interest rates, and loan structures in real time. This allows us to run “what-if” scenarios and adjust your strategy as needed.
